PigskinDiva Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 Our coaching staff used to be a bunch of tools...but that's another story.
Bucster Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 Very important. If the coaches aren't on the same page with each other you can't expect the kids to be either.
Guest 12pack Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 I think it is very important for the kids to see the coach's as a unit..How can they take to heart what you are coaching them if they see the staff not agreeing. I think most changes should be done in the coach's office, except when it is vital..The coach's themselves from the bottom up to the head coach, should have the feeling that the other coach will have their back, because supposedly they are all on the same page right..Should another coach allow others outside the staff to badmouth other coach's on the staff...Hell no...As important as a coaching staff sees the core of a team, remember the leaders of that core is the coaching staff..
