If joubert gets the ad job in kountze then I see him staying also Kountze has alot of talent coming to but I'm thinking getting AD is tha only thing that will keep him... just think if we lose him that will be tha third head coach loss of the year and one that I Don't wanna lose

According to my sources, Joubert will not be getting the AD job. New Sup had someone waiting in the wings all along when he got the job at Kountze. ;)

It's ashame too. Joubert deserves to be AD over there. Hopefully miracles can happen.

Lol well my source hasn't said anything close to the superintendent having someone waiting in line but who knows.. joubert is a great guy if he leaves no one can blame him for bettering himself

I think you may possibly be overestimating the power of a single person to achieve something that requires a number of people to make happen.  If you dont have sufficient manpower, you can be Phil Jackson and it still wont happen.  If Joubert becomes the Silsbee head coach, does that insure a district championship for the upcoming season?

Yes, I knew that but am addressing the question to someone who believes that some people are miracle makers and my question was intended to seek a response that would help me guage the extent to which he believes someone has  magical abilities.

I do know that Silsbee is talking with Joubert but there is another scenario (from within) that could happen.

Don't know about Josh Hancock and his interest in the job.

I would only assume that maybe the NE of the Golden Triangle could be Jasper and Terry Young being interested.
