Yea, looks like a done deal  ;)

I hope they get things worked out in Kountze and get that athletic program moving in the right direction.

There's a bunch of good kids in Kountz that just want to be competitive in their chosen sport. I hope the new AD/HC can give them a fighting chance to do that.

Lance is a Spark Plug!!!  Lots of excitement and a real go-getter!  He knows is Xs and Os and the kids will love him.  I do not know the other finalist but I believe Dale would do a great job.

Lance Dale has been introduced as the superintendent's recommendation as the next head football coach and athletic director at Kountze.

The board is now in executive session.
