The two that I know of have turned it down because of liking the situation that they are currently in.  It has NOTHING to do with what Silsbee has offered or what they have not offered. 

Silsbee will find the right person for the job, and they will be like they always are.  GOOD!!!

Silsbee has done exceedingly well in recent years.  However, since the Longhorns will likely dominate the district as they march to the state championship, I am sure that many coaches fear not being able to meet expectations in Tigerland.
