I think she has stopped coaching after her daughter graduated. She was a good coach.

Coach Shy Randle has accepted the position of Assistant Principal.
Therefore she had to resign, or step down as Head Volleyball coach, and Head Softball coach.
I do not know if Ozen has identified a new Head Volleyball coach, or Head Softball coach.
