TITAN POWER Posted July 23, 2011 Report Posted July 23, 2011 The HILL is for real. All we need was some photos. ;D
incognito Posted July 23, 2011 Report Posted July 23, 2011 That's a good way to work out......but couldn't you get the same results running the bleachers?? ???
BMTSoulja1 Posted July 23, 2011 Report Posted July 23, 2011 I think they were more into a gradual incline. You'll get that from a hill vs. Bleachers. That's just my 2 cents anyway...

Guest ECBucFan Posted July 23, 2011 Report Posted July 23, 2011 If I was coaching Sabine Pass or H-I, I would make the boys run wind sprints daily in ankle deep beach sand. It will burn your legs up! Great for conditioning.

That and the soft surface for impact and football specific purposes are good reasons to run hills rather than bleachers.

The Goat Posted July 25, 2011 Report Posted July 25, 2011 MHS has a hill too, we focus more on running it down hill, it increases your stride which increases your speed, as well as a lot of squating 87!!!!
