What does this mean for Ira now

I'm not sure what this means long term for coach Brooks. I don't think Silsbee will be able to keep him once he is certified. I guess this was a give and take for the long term.

To be quite honest with you, I don't expect Sigler to be at Silsbee more than 4-5 years. Just don't see him coaching past the age of 60.

Yea I thought the same thing.  He would be at a great age to retire. I read where he said he just couldn't stay away when he semi retired the 1st time. I will tell you, he has one heck of a coaching staff. With the 2 new kids in town, I fully expect Silsbee to make a deep run in the playoffs. I have them placing second in district and getting back to the Regionals. I guess Joe is going to teach History once again?
