There is nothing like having adequate confidence.  I admire you for that.  Furthermore, I respect your refusal to ever switch out of a man to man defense, whether it is working or not.  Maybe in mid to late February, we can talk again and see how maintaining that same defense (regardless of circumstances) worked out or if it even happened.

If you go back to the very first comment I posted after you gave me the scenario of being down by 15, players in foul trouble, yada yada yada, I did say "nope" and then followed with a statement that I "could" not "would" come out in the 2nd half in man because of my deep bench.

Nope, my reading comprehension skills are sliding a lot.(just wait till you get older)  I guess it comes down to deciding whether to accept words/sentences at face value or at something other than face value such . ( as an example, I was unable to accept "shovel ready projects are just around the corner" at face value)  I thought most people had been confronted with that dilemma at one time or another.

Sometimes it can be helpful to consider the possibility of whether or not there might be "lines in which to read between" and doing so is certainly not the exclusive province of the "HJ people".  I can see why you might want to identify these exchanges as "paranoia at its best" but some might consider such an accusation as a similar case of paranoia (but maybe not at its best)  I'd like to say I "shoot straight" but it would only be a half truth and I think that applies to many, don't you?

As a further example, when you made this statement- "Hey, I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch the sky!!!"- I carefully disected that statement and the context within which it was used and decided you did not literally mean you could fly(unless in an airplane or bliimp, or parachute, etc) and that it more likely meant something along the lines of " I have confidence in myself" or " I believe in myself".  I fully understand ( even though my comprehension is, as you previously stated, declining) that I may be incorrect in my assumption, but that is just another risk with which I must live.
