Because whether he was drunk or stone sober, it is undisputed that he was at a nightclub at 2 in the morning after skipping a charity game and banquet.That shows immaturity, a lack of respect for the very charity he "created" and his home town and a complete lack of pure common sense.Nothing his lawyer says will change that.
