Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted August 16, 2011 Report Posted August 16, 2011 He'll be ready to explode in the new offense.
SetX6 Posted August 17, 2011 Report Posted August 17, 2011 I want to hear from WOS, Silsbee and BC fans, how will this district pan out? Is WOS the easy favorite to win it or will Silsbee and the other teams be able to give them a run?

Gasilla Posted August 17, 2011 Report Posted August 17, 2011 I don't know, we didn't handle LCM like I thought we might after losing HG.

LCM did appear to be bigger than recent history. And then there is Sezar!
oldollie Posted August 17, 2011 Report Posted August 17, 2011 Hey Gasilla and 77. Had some guys on here from Beaumont questioning and doubting Sezars speed!! ;D
Razor Posted August 17, 2011 Report Posted August 17, 2011 Sezar has outstanding straight line speed...he is as fast as anyone in the area
77 Posted August 17, 2011 Report Posted August 17, 2011
Sezar has outstanding straight line speed...he is as fast as anyone in the area
agreed he is fast.
OrangeFBfan Posted August 17, 2011 Report Posted August 17, 2011 And again...keys players were out for both WO-S & LC-M that will have a HUGE impact for both teams. And traditionally, neither team in recent years has performed well in scrimmages. No worries for either team. :)
Gasilla Posted August 17, 2011 Report Posted August 17, 2011 Well, I sat and watched him break a 70 yd run on WO-S and wasn't caught. Go look up the last time a player broke a run like that and didn't get caught. Even Brandon Williams was caught last yr when he broke. There was no doubt when Sezar broke, he wasn't getting caught. Granted, Thomas wasn't on the field, but Colbert and De' De' were...

Sezar finished 3rd or 4th behind WO-s players in the 100 meters last year. He is fast, but he isn't the fastest man on the field if JT is there.
oldollie Posted August 17, 2011 Report Posted August 17, 2011 I don't care how fast you are on a track. Football speed is how well you maintain speed carrying your pads. I have seen fast guys slow down a lot when they put on the pads. Besides no one said Sezar was faster than anyone. But on that 70 yarder he was the fastest guy on the field by a long shot! :D I have seen scouts time guys, and they run a fast 40 and say he doesn't play that fast. Or just the opposite and say he plays faster than that.
