Englebert Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011
??
Who will be the teams in 21-3A?
AggiesAreWe Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 Ozen will not be dropping. And, if the stupid UIL decides to go to the Divisional districts, then who knows what districts the local 3A schools will be in let alone what number the district will be.

You think they would mess everything up like that though?

One4All Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011
??
not Ozen
Let’sGetAlong Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 As I have stated before, there are 3 3A schools closer to the 2A cutoff than Ozen is to the 3A cutoff (at the last report). Unless something has drastically changed (and it could have), they aren't moving. If they do drop, perhaps Beaumont shouldn't have 3 high schools.

82 5A State Champs Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 How close in numbers is Ozen to the 4A cutoff?

bobbymcgee Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 AAW what is divisional districts? Is that like what they do with the 2As and 1As?

BLUEDOVE3 Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 With only two high schools in Beaumont, you would expect the two schools to be serious contenders. I could be wrong but it seems like they weren't in the past.
BADSANTA Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 Ozen to 3A? What about LCM and Lumberton? Are there more kids at those schools than are enrolled at Ozen?

SFA85 Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 No more transfers to WB based on test score for the last 3 years so Ozen's numbers should hold. Central's numbers actually have came up due to the Medical Magnet program. WB incoming freshman class is 600 even.....

sassy1 Posted August 19, 2011 Report Posted August 19, 2011 I think Lumberton has less students than the others in area 4a.
