Coach "Paw Paw" Thompson also told my wife he had been teaching 48 years after congratulating her on getting her 35 year pin. That's lots and lots of football! He scared the crap out of me when he coached me in '68 and after! I don't think back then ANYONE would have called him "Paw Paw"! :D

I went to Newton with B. Barbay in the mid-80s.....those were good memories....purple pride was brain washed into you..lol :D ;D
