Is 24-4a texas high school football really the toughest district in the state?

I believe its one of those gotta keep up with the jones kinda thing. Every year if you want to see the post season you have to out work everyone in the off season. You could say the same for every district but its not true for most. Usually there are 1 or 2 dominate teams that you know are in but the rest are up in the air. 24-4a its all up in the air because all the teams are that good.  ( TC and Santa Fe are lacking). Coaching seems to be strong in the district too. IMO

Angleton is in 23-4A now.
