About 10 years ago, the Chronicle, which is owned the same folks that own the Enterprise, made a decision to redefine what was the "Greater Houston Area."  That new definition didn't include any school east of Anahuac.  So that is why you don't see any of the Triangle area schools amongst the stat leaders, leaving those folks to be listed in the Enterprise's area leaders.

As to not finding any stats or schedules, that is surprising as given that they are sister papers, they did share info last year.  Heck, you could even get some information from the San Antonio area last year.

No competion for the barnicle anymore.Hou Post always had better HS football coverage in sports section.For yrs I took the post-never the barnicle.Spoiled I guess but the surprize and the 4 pg.Sun aren't what they used to be.Guess internet has taken alot of revenue out of their pocketbook.Kinda like digital/cell ph.w/cameras have all but killed the film companies.
