You never give the NDNS credit for anything. We'll bring it and then some! I played 5A football and there's not that much difference between 4A and 5A. Heck, there are 4A schools that would whip the floor with the Titans. Just saying ::)

I agree SFA85, play schools that are your size or bigger Memorial.  Yea its good for the area but it really doesn't prepare you for district and the playoffs.  PAM is just like a bully, always wanting to play the smaller schools...(Central, Ozen, Alice) and now PNG...

[/quote]I wouldn't say a bully.  PAM have losses to Ozen and Central.  I believe PN-G can also beat them.  PAM are not world beaters yet.  Last year was their statement year.  They will need to be consistant (for example, west brook. They have beaten lower classifications in the ground for at least 7 years).  They have 1 win lifetime against Central and I believe Ozen have beat them.  Get a couple more wins against Ozen and Central then you can have that argument.  Fact remains that Ozen and Central are one of their most athletic teams on their schedule (under Ike and North Shore).

Great news for PNG, bad news for PAM. SFA85 is right. Does not get you ready for 5A football. PNG is good almost every year. But there is a big diffrence in a "Good" 4A and a "Good 5A"

Lamarque is good 4A and Katy is a good 5A....There is a diffrence!

The UIL gods may put PAM in a 8 team district next year and it's gonna be a shock going from a possible non-district schedule of PN-G, Ozen, Central and having to play the NS and or LP's of the world.  Maybe they will start with a Channelview or Sterling to get more acclimated to 5A speed.  I also understand Xbox scheduling locally for fuel cost.  Thanks Ex-Coach.  Some of your allumni get caught all up in their feelings everytime it's perceived I'm dissing the Injuns

Our program is headed straight to the top. I agree to be the best you gotta play the best but we ain't scared to put anyone on the schedule, katy, lufkin, C Hill,Trinity, Southlake, Allen but these teams have to be willing to play us as well. Now if you wanna get the bully to shut his mouth n leave you alone ya'll should just punch him in the mouth ;)  ;D

Goat, I'm afraid Xbox is still trying to out-athlete opponents which if you have a bunch of 4A/weak 5A schools on the schedule, you can do that.  Can't do that against those schools you mentioned.  If the score is tight and it can down to a playcall, those coaches would expose K. R. H.'s lack of playcalling....

I understand what your saying SFA. Preseason is for getting ready for District. Last year we played a tough preseason schedule and started the season 1-4, but look at what it did for us when it counted.

This is the 4th year we've played central and ozen. With us being 1-2 against central and 2-1 ozen. before that we were playn teams like midland lee, smithson valley, lufkin, tyler lee, etc
