[/quote]  Well I would say the reason for the turnovers is because Kountze's Defense was doing their job and putting pressure on teh Bobcats !!  Good Job Kountze !!

Kountze did look improved over the last few years for sure. They just outplayed HD. The Lions have some great athletes in the backfield and lil #7 (Jon Jon Warren is his name I think) can flat out fly. If the kid gets in open field, he's dangerous. Also the Lions DT #50 is a great player. IMO he single handedly affected the outcome of the game. The kid dominated the line of scrimmage and seemed to blow up every other play in the Bobcat backfield. He simply couldn't be blocked, double team or not. HD  has some very good players as well and they will come together as the season goes on. Good luck to both teams the rest of the season.

Congrats on the win Kountze. Man... Kountze has some fast RB's and some big lineman. The game was close most of the night, until the 4th quarter. I think H-D gave up in the 4th quarter. Once again H-D could not hold on to the ball. 6 fumbles for H-D !! What does it take to NOT fumble !! If not for the fumbles, the score would have remained close in the 4th quarter. H-D will do well this season, just got to quit fumbling the ball.

Fumbles are causes by lack of discipline.  HD has some great athletes and "should" win many games.  They just need to become a team and have better discipline.  I will always root for them to win and hope they have a great season.  How are you 55.

[/quote]I am great. Andrews team is Bay Area Christian.  We won last night 27-20.  Andrew had 21 tackles.  We play Galveston Oconnel next week.  They better be ready for some smash mouth.
