Their running back is awesome. Flannel had 277 yards on 40 carries last night, with 229 of them coming in the second half. He is a big back with speed, lot's of Div 1 schools looking at him. Their defense is starting to come around, playing better. Early in the season they were giving up alot of points but they have been a little more stingy now. The Roughnecks lost to Bellville in week 2, 42-14, but they did not have Flannel for that game. He plays last night, different result, a 27-12 win over Bellville. Kind of obvious who their bread and butter is.

If Silsbee's main man doesn't play it will be a long night.

Ok' date=' thanks Aggies. What style offense though? Spread, veer, etc? What'd they give it to Flannel from?[/quote']

They run a multiple set, 2 backs split and I formation, plus some 1 back set also. Got this from both a West Columbia fan and a Bellville fan.

I have a friend who went to West Columbia ISD before he moved here. That's kinda funny to see them here in the brackets. He's actually there now visiting old friends.
