Think BREN makes a statement to 4A in this one............ 35-10.. ICE CREAM FOR DA HOUSE ;D

I love when 4A schools beat 5A schools.  The "big boys" (as some of you call them  ::) ) arn't always better!

True dat Brenfan  I think it has alot to do with having so many kids and probally the same size coaching staff as 4A.  The kids can have all the talent in the world but still gotta be taught how to play da game ;D

Lamar is not the typical HISD team. They can ball!

I agree. They usually go 9-1 or 8-2.  They always have a lot of D1 talent.

Enrollment: Brenham 1,436
                  Lamar    2,995

Info for those that don't know much about Hou.Lamar redskins-since 1994 they've been in the 2nd rd.or better 16 times.I'd say that makes them a top tier 5a program anywhere ;)

After holding LC to 28 Total Yards, I gotta go with Brenham:

Brenham 30
Lamar 14

Brenham's D is good no doubt, but I'm going to give Lamar the edge over LC for now.  Could be bad at Blue Bell if the second half offense versus LC shows up ;).  I say Brenham (-4.5).
