Being an East Texas Boy... Longview is one of my favorite teams to watch... They will have their hands full, but they are known to pull it out over some of the best!

Based on what I saw Monday, Desoto will have something to say about who win's D1.

Longview is dang near a 4a school and Allen is very high 5a(wil be 6A when they decide to go that route). Longview area has always produced good football teams...AKA ..Longview, Gilmer, Marshall, Tyler Lee, John Tyler, TATUM, and so on. I know this is not Longview, but they are all within about 40 miles of each other. Bottom line East Texas football is really good. However, I have lived in Dallas and know  the Allen program. I want Longview to win, but will take Allen by 10.
