If Vidor plays Nederland like they did Kirbyville, Nederland will clean our clock.  We cannot put the ball on the ground 5 times and have the penalties that we did and compete against a team like Nederland.

You might wanna go check your stats before you run your mouth off. Vidor went undefeated in preseason in 2009 and 2008. When was the last time Nederland went undefeated in preseason. I think it was 2007.  ::)  ;D

I hate to repeat myself to dog fans.....but you seem about as sharp as the rest of em....so I'm going to type real slow so maybe all you dog fans that rode the "little bus" to high school can understand...this Vidor team is looking forward (not backward) they are focusing on taking care of business 1 game at a time.
I would recommend the dog fans do the same.

Haven't seen Vidor play this year but we beat them pretty bad the last time we played em. I think it was back in the 3 A days. I loved their military marching band though. Hey, thats it! Since Ned won't let Vidor be a rivalry in football, y'all can start the military marching band rivalry!

First time jitters? I am pretty sure Friday night was as bad as it gets. No disrespect to Raines, but this kid has a better release, sees the field faster and delivers the ball, I don't see Vidor getting anything but a tougher time playing pass defense. I hope Raines returns for Vidor, he deserves the start he paid for it but if he don't I think Vidor is in for a worse time if the Coaches don't screw Woods up it could be we have to much time before the next game!

a) Vidor is striving to reach a playoff berth that Nederland possesses almost every year

b) Vidor is striving for a competitive advantage over Nederland

Conclusion: Vidor considers Nederland a rival, but Nederland doesn't consider Vidor a rival. Historically, Nederland has the competitive advantage over Vidor. The overall record is really lopsided. Now, can't we just co-exist?
