Desoto Eagles/Memorial Titans

Spoke with alot of ppl before I left Abilene and almost 2 in every 3 ppl said they thought desoto and memorial would meet in Dallas. Both teams mirror each other IMO but desoto plays better comp ala beating the mess outta cedar hill 45-13. If they was to meet this year (speaking in general) who would win and would it be a competitive game?

Just making it that far would be a accomplishment for PAM. I watch DeSoto Monday on Fox against some team in Oklahoma. Man them dudes can run hit cover and catch. There Special Teams wasn't bad either. That DeSoto team has D! prospects all over the feild. That being said I think we will play with them for a half but in the second half DeSoto depth and Defense takes over. 31-17

Desoto can't seem to get over the hump (second or third round) in the playoffs.

I got to see Desoto in person last week at Jerry's world since I live in the area.  All I can say is that they are the real deal!  They always have had athlete's and put up great #'s on the O, but lacked defense.  That has changed this year.  I think Memorial will go far as well..hopefully they will meet up.  I will be there either way :)

I root for Memorial, but they just don't have the mental toughness when they run into some turbulence.
Watch the first few minutes of that youtube clip, and it looks like PAM should win that game by 50.
Then you see two consecutive fumbles and they give up.

DeSoto won't get past the 2nd/3rd round no matter how much talent they have.
Memorial won't make it out of region III no matter how much talent they have. They could have Singleton as QB, Jamaal Charles at RB and vintage X-Box Kenny at receiver and still lose in region
