Nederland's Rival

Vidor will need a few more wins under their belt against Nederland for them to see them as a  rivalry.  The only thing that the Pirates have done thus far is prove that no one (Nederland) can just bully or push them around anymore.  Gotta get some wins first, Pirates.  This could be the start to something good if you keep it up.

I think they should do away with the open weeks, if they don't want to play a varsity game then let the cheerleaders play flag and let everyone have a week of talking real trash!

why would the 4-a dogs want to play
a big 5-a school in a game that does not matter
other than  to evaluate your team for district play.
i seen this before, play competive,stay healthy
and not be all banged up to start district.

Why would you want to play another 4a school in preseason.... Wouldnt you rather play a big 5a.  Are you scared?

you better if you come out injury free
playing weak teams makes you look good
but when you hit district your team falls
