C'mon, that's an easy one.  Hemphill at Buna.  Lots of ground game, maybe 800 + yards of rushing (and a few passes by Buna) at Cougar Stadium Friday night.  Plus some really good food at the concessions on the visitors side (Athletic Boosters).

His choices are:

Kountze @ West Hardin
Hemphill @ Buna
Colmesneil @ Evadale
Sabine Pass @ Bmt. Legacy

Come on, give him some reasons to attend one of these games!! ;D
I wanted to make the Newton/Silsbee game, but someone told me that Kountze game will be good.

Newton/Silsbee game does not qualify as a small school game. It's the SETXsports.com Big School Game of the Week for crying out loud!!! ;D

Like I told you last night Soulja, you got to go to a game where some of the football players take off their pads and pick up their horns to march with the band at halftime. That's small school for ya!! ;)

I'll put in a plug for Kountze/West Hardin.  Buna is definitely an adequate choice, but to truly get the feel of a small school game, you gotta go to a 1A stadium and where else better to do that than Saratoga!
Well, IMO, small school is 4a and smaller.  ;D ;D Yes, when the coach drives the school bus to the games, works at the ticket booth, and is the band director at halftime.  Ok.  I gocha!

Im just curious but how is the Silsbee/ Newton game the Big School game of the week, its a 3A and 2A game. 3A is the smallest Big School Classification
Actually, I wondered that myself.

I voted WOS @ Jasper. ;D

Fair enough question.  When a team of a lower classification plays a team of a higher classification, we as staff have classified it as a game in the larger classification.  Thus making it eligible for the big school game of the week.

I know there was some talk about making West Brook/Katy the Big School Game of the Week, but we like for the games of the week to be between schools in the SETX area.

Well technically, it can't get any smaller than Sabine Pass and Legacy, but if he wants to watch the best game, I'd have to say Kountze/West Hardin....
True about Sabine Pass/Legacy.  But to get the true small school experience, he has to leave Beaumont.

Well I can probably vouch that the Chester vs Huntsville Alpha Omega is probably as small as you can get.  We don't have a band that our coach or players can change into at halftime and we are playing in Huntsville and those guys don't have lights on their football field, so we are playing at 5pm.  Besides that...it's also 6man.  In our neck of the woods anything bigger than 1a is big school  ;D  But I have to say..it's still pretty exciting..especially if you're an offensive side of the ball fanatic!

Can't go wrong with Buna, we'll even give you directions to go see the Polka Dot house.  After that stop, run by our BISD Administration office and view the monument celebrating our rich basketball history (11 state titles in boys and girls).  Maybe even a quick meal at Faustos or Cailliers Cajun Snack Shack (if he has gumbo, order it, don't even hesitate).  Aggies Are We might even be able to get you in on a good poker tournament.

After seeing the Orange Community Christian/Texas Christian game this weekend, I can certainly vouch for the offensive excitement!

No question, you should come to Saratoga and watch Kountze & West Hardin.  Only 40 minutes from Beaumont on Hwy 105!

I'll be taking my normal 1st half pictures from the sideline, but then I'll be in the stands.  I'd like to put a face to the name & voice.

You can even wear your Jaguar shirt & I wont poke fun of you.

Kountze/WH should be a great game, this would be my choice.
