I know that this was expected by everyone in southeast Texas as Ozen will not tolerate a team that doesn't compete and they clearly did not compete this year.

Coach Clayton is a nice person and great guy but we have to make this change. Next year we'll be back to where we left off hopefully.

A Lou will never be a head coach in BISD as long as Thomas in the Supt(I was told that by a board member 4 years ago.) Besides, he needs a good DC to make it work, otherwise, he'll be losing to Nederland and PN-G again on the regular......

If the board gets pressure by the people Thomas will get pressure from the board. I still dont have a clue who would be a canidate for the job. I guess any coach that was 2-8 or better this year.

I sure wish they could find another Stowers out there somewhere. I don't know if BISD/Ozen can be that lucky the 2nd time around......

Me to. I haven't heard any names yet. What's hurt us is we don't have an Athletic period. Coaches don't like not having an Athletic period.
