What happened to last year's football announcer?

Greg Picazzo is the new football PA announcer? Nothing against Greg but I loved last year's guy's voice

The other guy stunk in my opinion. Several times he was trying to pump up the crowd on third down when we had the ball!

John Dennis was the announcer last year.  He was the basketball announcer for years, during the early Billy Tubbs and Pat Foster years all the way into the mid 90's for sure.  He was an outstanding BB announcer and I would have put him against anyone.  Don't know why he isn't doing football anymore.

Yeah I think the old guy was confused multiple times during football. Telling fans to get on their feet and make some noise when we had the ball. Bevil was trying to quiet the crowd multiple times at one point.

I personally didn't care for the guy last Saturday night...a couple of times the mic was left open and I could hear talking in the background...
