Just when I thought things couldn't get any weirder. :o    This looks like it may be part of the article that was posted the other day....wow talk about drive-by Journalism......writing a story and the writer of the story sitting back and laughing.  >:(
I know it's two different bylines but I would be willing to bet this latest story was taking from the other one on Nederland.
In my opinion this story was edited in such a way as to make Mathews look silly to take one sentence out of the entire interview and use that as the headline...... wow I thought the enterprise had a little more Journalistic integrity.

Beaumont Central is our rival; could care less about Nerderville. Lumberton has won district more in the last 10 years than they have. Their arrogance is what is driving these threads....not rivalry.
