BearBB2001 Posted September 23, 2011 Report Posted September 23, 2011 The guys are looking good this year. You would think that the team would look more like a team that was rebuilding. Other than the passing game the Offense looks to be faster than last year. There is still enough passing game left that you can't just play run every down or they will burn you. The defense is the best I have seen in four years FINALLY. For a team that is small in numbers they are in the best shape that I have seen them in. Probably knowing that they have to go both ways has a lot to do with that. We can only hope and pray that these guys stay healthy. GO BEARS!!!
NorthoftheBorder Posted September 23, 2011 Report Posted September 23, 2011 The Raiders lost two 3 year starters for the year in the Silsbee game, arguably the best O-lineman and best skill postition player. With an already thin depth chart this doesn't bode well for District play. A long year for the Raiders.
TNTITANS Posted September 23, 2011 Report Posted September 23, 2011 That's okay, my Raiders are "rested up" too and ready to play some football, I am sure!!
