gary-us-bonds Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 You have to put them in there as one of the favorites if not THE favorite. They certainly dispatched of Pasadena Memorial a whole lot easier than North Shore did. They struggled in the first game against Kingwood Park, but they beat Humble in what some thought was a fluke at the time. They have been getting stronger and stronger in the passing game as the season goes along.I guess we will know a lot more after the LaPorte game coming up. LaPorte better be ready to score some points though.
WOSgrad Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 I don't know if I'll go as far as putting them at the top of the class in 21-5A.But I will tell folks this, teams that planned on Channelview basically being an off week for them now need to make alternate vacation plans.
The Goat Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 They give up way to many points to win district. Plus they ALWAYS play us hard/well!!!!1
LP0175 Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 I wouldn't say they are the favorite either. I do believe we now have a TRUE T team race for play-offs. I worry about LP's pass defense, they get pressure but the secondary is suspect. I hope a victory is there for LP.How is CV defense, have not heard from them.

Sterling is definately staying home but there's 5 teams for 4 spots at least 4-1.....
bobbymcgee Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Theres no D in Channelview... For a reason
LP0175 Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 So pretty much just like Mike Leech Texas Tech teams
