Reyes got a bunt single in his 1st at bat, then pulled himself out of the game to most likely win the batting title over Ryan Braun.  Bush league?  Should he have finished the game?


Hopefully Braun gets 5 hits tonight and makes Reyes look stupid.

Ted Williams was sitting at .400 last game of season. They were due to play a DH. Did he sit out? No. He went 4-5 in Gm 1 and 2-3 in Gm 2. Ended with .406

No worse than what the yankees did!!!! Up 7-0 in 8th inning lol and u put in guys that are throwing beachballs over the plate!!!

Completely bush league!  I can understand if he were going into the playoffs and wanted to get rest before they started this weekend.  But that was ridiculous!

the difference there being that had the red sox not blown their 9 game lead in less than a month, the yankees could've put out some of their players' kids and it wouldn't have mattered.

are u suprise they blew the 9 game lead? I am not suprise one bit!!! Lackey pitched horrible all yr, beckett struggled down the stretch and wakefield did horrible. Buchholz missed atleast 11 starts or more, this doesn't suprise me one bit.
