AggiesAreWe Posted October 6, 2011 Report Posted October 6, 2011 Big blow to Lamar's defense! Coleman out with ligament damage to his ankle.
NorthoftheBorder Posted October 6, 2011 Report Posted October 6, 2011 We will see how the coaching staff and the rest of the team responds. Good teams step up in situations like this. I expect Anthony Beard to step up as well.
ForeverADog Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 Huge loss. Time for the whole defense to step up!
puddin tane Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 trying for a med redshirt..looks like a long shot.http://www.beaumontenterprise.com/sports/lamar/article/Injured-LB-Coleman-to-seek-6th-year-2206650.php
SmashMouth Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 What do y'all know about Hannah from Lumberton. Says in the article he's been lining up in the backfield with the first team "O". He a blocking back or ball carrier?

ForeverADog Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 Smashmputh, they are using him a lot like the Texans use James Casey in their offense. He is an H-Back who motions around a lot. Sometimes he's lined up as a fullback, tight end, slot receiver, or a set back. He has aren good playing time this season.

AJ25 Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 Hanna and Beard will take over.. Heard it here first. Beard is probably a better LB than Coleman but you can't start a Soph over a SR.
