sbfrn Posted October 9, 2011 Report Posted October 9, 2011 ASA / IFA wants to thank the teams supporting the "Cancer Series" held at the Beaumont Athletic Complex this past weekend. We will have the next two events on Nov 5 & 6 for "all ages" and Nov 12 & 13 for "8/10/12/14" divisions. We already have teams signing up for both of these weekends and hope to see more teams. You can check out the teams list on the ifasoftball website, click the "Cancer Series" link at the top of the page and go to "teams entered list" to view teams entering for these weekends. If it is your team's first entry into the Cancer Series events, the cost is $75, second weekend is $50 and third weekend is $25. Pay at the plate of $30 per game, round robin 4GG format with free substitutions. Gate fee is $5 per person with all profits being donated to the American Cancer Society. All workers at these events are volunteering their time and efforts to help! Good luck to all teams and again thank you for your participation in a worthwhile charity!
