I was at the game and Friday against Central and wanted to know if it was common practice for coaches to argue on the sidelines. I saw an older grey haird coach yelling at a younger looking coach. Parents around me told me it was the coordinators arguing. Is this just the heat of the battle or is there problems within the staff. I would hate for our coaches to lose focus after such a good start.

I wouldn't read into it too much. This is common place . Just be thankful that your coaches are showing some type of intensity

The coach is not that old just because his hair may be gray and thin. But if the rest of the coaches would get fired up like he does the Bears would probably be in a better position then they are in now. Hopefully things will turn around this week.

This stuff happens all the time as coaches are people too. I mean they have personality differences. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the arguement was between the OC and DC.

Like others stated, LC-M has a good group of coaches.

I think you're making WAY too big a deal out of this.

It was a frustrating game for the entire LCM community and probably doubly so for the coaches and players.  I think its a great thing that we now have a coaching staff that is passionate enough about winning to demand it from the players, themselves personally, AND each other.
