SC00TER Posted October 10, 2011 Report Posted October 10, 2011 How does the future look for the Wildcats? What are the records for the JV and freshman teams?
kcat-fan Posted October 11, 2011 Report Posted October 11, 2011 It can only go up from here...lol ;D...give em a yr. or two ;)
robanadana Posted October 11, 2011 Report Posted October 11, 2011 Your coach is new and young and you have a young team. Give him time to develop his program. Kirbyville has the winning tradition and the talent is there. You lost a good coach and it takes time to recoup.
Kville_Kats Posted October 11, 2011 Report Posted October 11, 2011 I don't know nor can I predict the future ...If I could I would win the lottery.. :D From one pretty reliable source,Iv'e heard Kirbyville will be back in 2A..I will support them in whatever course they take.... ;)
T-daddy Posted October 11, 2011 Report Posted October 11, 2011 The under classmen are weak..maybe 2 players per age group. They need to drop to 2a.
ChampionEagles Posted October 11, 2011 Report Posted October 11, 2011 I don't think anyone knows what classification Kirbyville will be in. The numbers the UIL use change every realignment. For as saying Kirbyville needs to be in 2A, IMO that is bull. The need is to develop a top performing program with the new coach leading the way. Once this is accomplished Kirbyville can again be competitive with 3A or 2A. ;)
T-daddy Posted October 11, 2011 Report Posted October 11, 2011 Let me say it like this for kville to be competive and make long play off runs they need to drop to 2a. I have seen all underclass teams their is a lack of talent..with that said they would not make the playoffs in newtons district but will probably finish 3rd and make the post season because of a very weak 3a district..

CatFan81 Posted October 11, 2011 Report Posted October 11, 2011 After seeing what Newton did to KV, and then N losing to EC, safe to assume that KV would have a hard time making the playoffs this year in that district. What you can't predict is what would happen next year or the next. KV is down on talent, but time can change that. 2A or 3A, we will do our best.
