As most of you know, today is SNAPSHOT DAY.  That is the day which UIL uses enrollment at schools across the State of Texas in order to determine where their schools will fall in the next realignment which will be occurring in February of 2012.

So starts the discussion of where area teams will fall during realignment and what better way to kick that off than to post the enrollment number that your school turns into the State.  So if you know that number for your school, post it right here.

Now this is a reminder, THIS IS NOT A POST FOR ENROLLMENT NUMBERS USED DURING THE 2010 REALIGNMENT.  We want the numbers that the school will be using during the NEXT realignment.

Just to follow up, the UIL website will not have these new numbers posted on their website today or any time soon. So if you go to their website, all you will find is the last realignment(2010) numbers.

Will that get them into 2A?

Gonna be a REAL close call.  I was expecting a number a lot smaller than that for them.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today, we look at Class 3A, Division I

Enrollment: 880-1,324

Class 3A, DI Map

So if the mock re-alignment is correct either way that puts us at 3a-div I, how did you come up with the new alignment numbers?

That was merely an estimate based upon the 2010 numbers.

I think they will drop back down to 2A.  I just don't see the UIL keeping the bottom number the same again as last time.
