They host the Gator Festival every year.. Black and Gold gators would be a pretty sick mascot. Like I said, completely random.. But it would be better than the panthers in my opinion, unless there is some significant story that comes with the panthers..
justsaying Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 Hhhmm. I think the Panther is still better. Even though they are the Gator Capitol of Texas, a gator just seems to slow. He has a real bite but no speed around the corners like Anahuac is known for. Gator is good eaten though.
