I'm enjoying this..maybe the Westbrook players will stop sitting in front of me at Kelly games with their--"is this football", "looks live jv" remarks

sounds like those remarks can be applied to West brook?

I can't see NS QB coming back in 6 weeks off a ACL tear ??????? Are we sure.  Normally takes a year to play again and two years to fully recover. Regardless Brook D played well but got wore down just enough to where NS found some holes and open up the pass game. I said in my prediction that whoever QB played better would win. I think the NShore QB played better. Hang in there West Brook you guys had to know there would be a drop off from Bruce Reyes a three year starter to Stump who is starting his first year at QB on varsity. That group of WR that Stump is working with is also down from what you have had the pass couple of years too. The OL play is not what we have come to know from WB in the past either. All and all your kids fought had limited penalties and what I counted the turnover battle was even at 2 apiece.

WB will be fine; Its just gut check time. Why does the announcer keep referring to Blueitt(sp) as THE WEAPON? IMO it creates a negative vibe.

Negative vibe for who? You?

The kid from NS, Newsome, is the starting qb.  He hurt his achilles not his acl.  U people should only report what u know.  Kelly is playing great football, but its not 5a.  Besides,  ur star runningback is from WB.  We (wb fans) will continue to call Bluitt the weapon like it or not.

Apparently the North Shore fans didn't know it was an Achilles either. I got the ACL injury from North Shore folks.  ;)

Anywho, apparently the brace he had didn't effect his mobility, nor his arm.

In the words of Bart Scott NY Jets "Can't wait" I know that Armstead will be up to the challange of blocking the Weapon.

The negative vibe is always for the people on the other side of the ball. See you Friday.
