1. Silsbee 7-1
2. Bridge City 5-3
3. Orangefield 4-4
4. WO-S 4-4
5. Hamshire-Fannett 3-5
6. Hardin-Jefferson 1-7

Silsbee has clinched a playoff spot and at least a share of the district championship. A Silsbee win over HJ or a loss by Bridge City would give the Lady Tigers the outright district championship.

Okay, looks like this is how the tiebreaker will go down.

BC stands by.

WOS will play Orangefield, winner gets a playoff spot.

If Orangefield wins, then BC is #2 seed, OF #3.

If WOS wins, then the two will either play off for the #2 seed or flip.

BC is in regardless.

"Bridge City has already sealed a playoff berth but the Lady Cardinals will not know their playoff seeding until Saturday.

WO-S will take on Orangefield Friday at 4:30 p.m. at Lumberton High School with the winner nabbing a playoff berth while the loser will be eliminated. The Orangefield-WO-S winner will then face Bridge City tentatively at 2 p.m. Saturday at Vidor High School with that winner earning the second-place playoff slot while the loser will get the third-place spot.

The second-place team out of 21-3A will face Liberty in the Class 3A Region III bidisrict round next week while the third-place team will face Huffman."

Huh, I would have thought that if Orangefield won, BC would get the #2 seed due to them having swept Orangefield in district.

Kinda surprised no one has said anything about WOS going from canceling games to playoff contenders.  Kinda like it.
