Beaumont Bulls Playoff 1st Round

All four levels of the TIFI league Beaumont Bulls qualified for the playoffs to be held this coming Saturday, October 29.  All rounds of the playoffs will be held at Deer Park High School in Deer Park, Texas.  TIFI is made up of 16 teams at each level that are split into two, eight team conferences.  To qualify for the playoffs each team had to finish in the top four of their respective conference.

The Freshman Bulls (8 year olds) with an overall record of 6-3 finished in a three way tie for second place with a 5-2 NFL conference record.  The tie was settled by a coin toss and the Bulls recieved the #3 seed which has them slated to play the #2 seeded Deer Park Tigers from the AFL (7-2, 6-1) at 11 a.m.

The Sophomore Bulls (9 year olds and last years overall freshman champions) with an overall record of 9-0 finished in first place with a 7-0 NFL conference record.  The Bulls have the #1 seed which has them slated to play the #4 seeded LaPorte Cowboys from the AFL (5-4, 4-3) at 9:30 a.m.

The Junior Bulls (10 year olds) with an overall record of 5-4 finished in fourth place with a 5-2 NFL conference record.  The Bulls have the #4 seed which has them slated to play the #1 seed Galveston Hurricanes from the AFL (8-1, 6-1) at 2 p.m.

The Senior Bulls (11 year olds) with an overall record of 5-4 finished in fourth place with a 4-3 NFL conference record.  The Bulls have the #4 seed which has them slated to play the #1 seed LaPorte Cowboys from the AFL (9-0, 7-0) at 12:30 p.m.
