well it was a tough lost for the seniors at home....the injury bug has killed us....our starting qb hurt....both starting running backs out for this game....starting free safety, busted shoulder and playing hurt.....starting senior lineman didnt dress out , hurt....not taking anything away for the bulldogs... i was impressed with the CC team, they are a well coached , disciplined team....both teams played a good clean football game....goodluck bulldogs....pirates headed to hemphill next week....[quote name="wildcats35" post="1098199" timestamp="1319857215"]

Congrats to the Bulldogs, well Coached team that executes on both sides of the ball, good luck in the playoffs.  Injuries are part of the game, unfortunately the Pirates are minus 4-2 way starters and just don't have the depth to overcome them.  The players that played the game gave 100 percent effort and never quit, I am proud of them.  On a side note, the new PA announcer for the Pirates did well.

The only problem is that Hemphill also as players that run under a 5.0 forty and they will score more than Deweyville.
