Not the case, the UIL DOES NOT have a tiebreaker system that is used state wide, they specifically state that the method of breaking ties is left strictly up to the executive committees of the individual districts.
[/quote]Dayton knows all about those "executive committees".  In 20-4A if you are west of Jefferson County you're not invited to the meeting when the rules are "modified".

Does anyone still use the IHOP, and coin method.  20-4A used that method only because of Hurricane Rita. Thats when district play was shorten to a 3 week schedule.

Wrong. If PNG loses to Central that will make PNG 4-3 Ozen possibly 4-3 and If vidor wins they will only have 2 losses. If Livingston wins they will have 3 losses and Livingston will have 3 losses. If Vidor and Central wins that will create a tie between 3 teams with 3 losses, Livingston, PNG, and Ozen. But all this is assuming Central will win which 99.9% of posters on setx believe they will not win. So there you go.
