Going to go with Vidor in this one. I haven't seen either team play but the Vidor posters have talked me into it. Besides, I like the Vidor band. Last time I saw them it was a close order military band like the Aggies. I like Ned band for the same reason. Ned will win this week also.

This is a battle of Slot T superiority.  Who runs it better?  Vidor coaching staff may be saying one thing during the week, but come Friday when they get out there on the field with the lights on and the music blaring, the Livingston Lions walking the field and hootin' and hollarin' on the Pirate at the 50 yardline, the Vidor players and coaches will feel a natural competitive fire burning inside them that will not allow them to lay down or settle for a playoff spot or accept a Livingston  win on Vidor's home field on senior night.  Do the pirates rise to the occassion?  Matthews and Co. will play to win.  Mark it down.
