Crosby forced us into playing at their stadium, why would we want to play at Butch, the distance is not any different and the home field is worth more!

I'm probably in the minority, but I would rather play playoff games in a different stadium than at home, even at Lamar or The Butch.

If given the opportunity to play at home would be great..it would also benefit all our concession stand groups which are cut out of everything if we play somewhere else.

The irony for Crosby would be if they had to come to Vidor for a playoff game..I remember a few years ago they declined to play us citing safety concerns for some of there players....

I think most of you guys are missing the point, if I understand it correctly Crosby didn't want to agree on a neutral site last time so they forced the coin flip. They won and made us travel to their stadium to play. Why should we pick a neutral site and do them a favor? I would make them come to the Pound and get the full effect of all the Dog fans ;D

Exactly...if the opponent does turn out to be Crosby, you most definitely play it at your home field

if we get crosby it will be at home
a no brainer! but if we get the goose
we could flip home for home. or play neutral
maybe at the butch.

There's not many stadiums between the Goose and the Dogs that can handle the crowd. Playing at the Butch would be an advantage for us I would guess the Goose would want to flip for home because anything else would be to our good.

Either the 11th or 12th, most likely it would be a Saturday game.

If memory serves me correctly, we play the first round of playoffs on a Friday night, which would make it Friday, November 11th.....please correct me if I am wrong about that  :)

It all depends on the location and availability of the stadium.  If all 4 games want to use the Butch or Stallworth, then the games will have to be planned accordingly.

LU is better on the knees than Butch. Climbing that hill they have is bad for the old folks.
