SETXsports Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week - Week 9

As announced on KFDM Channel 6's Sports Xtra last night, the SETXsports Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week are:

[b]Offense - Decorian Smith, RB, Kirbyville[/b]

Smith ran for 333 yards and 4 touchdowns on only 15 carries in Kirbyville's 50-27 victory over Diboll Friday night.

[b]Defense - Taylor Reddell, LB, East Chambers[/b]

Reddell had 20 tackles (16 solo, 4 assist) 4 tackles for loss, 1 sack and 1 fumble recovery in East Chambers 47-6 victory over Buna last Thursday.

I gotta give this to my boy Sterling Deslatte from Orangefield. He is the defensive tackle. And also the center. But he is by far the best punter around.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get my hands on the stats.  That is my fault, I need to coordinate better with Bobby and Donnie on that.
