Looking for a JV Game Nov. 3

Cleveland JV TEAM is 1-8 and is looking for a game this week.  PM if you want to play we will travel.

According to the Week 10 schedule, these appear open. If you could work it out with Huffman, that would be an easy trip. Good luck.

Huffman has already played 10 regular season games, the max allowed by the UIL.  One that is not on that list that has not, is West Hardin.

I thought Tarkington had a JV team, I thought Their Jv played Coldsprings Freshman team a few weeks ago???

no they only have a freshmen

A West Hardin vs. Cleveland JV would be good. Would allow WH to get some more work in for the playoffs.

I agree totally!  I'm pretty sure it'd be lopsided but it's a game!  The Cleveland guys want to play I'm sure, and WH doesn't need to go into the playoffs flat off a bye week.  I think the varsity would get some first half playing time and the jv kids would be able to get a lot of playing too!  It's a win/win situation!

Well, let's slow down a bit.  The one to best determine whether the Oilers would benefit is Coach Henry.  He knows best the status of his team physically.

West Hardin cannot play in the game, they took the Forfeit from High Island and that counts as a game. 

It would have been a good idea though.

I suppose it's settled then lol. I'm just a fan expressing my opinion on the subject..  No need to "slow down" because my insight doesn't amount to anything when it comes down to the decision making of whether the game will or won't be beneficial.  ;)
