skipper Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 most of you know if you dont get to lcm early you will be standing up all the game and might haft to park on hw 87 and walk maybe a mile just trying to help
NDNation Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 We parked in a field next to the school...not to bad of a walk....hope the cold spell wiped out some of the mosquito population for ya....they were horrible.
skipper Posted November 1, 2011 Author Report Posted November 1, 2011 thay are very very bad here ---------bring your off :)
1motime Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 That is the only place I refuse to go see a Nederland game, I fell if they can put up a high dollar score board, then they could put more seats for the visitors >:(
speveto Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 LCM is "BIG TIME" 4A football with 1A bleachers. It took me 45 minutes to get out of the parking lot.
Cheermom4 Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 It wasn't that bad but then I got to LCM at 4:30 when PNG played them and I wasn't the first one there. I was the third. ;D ;D
dawgnut Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 I will go and I don't care how small the stadium is, if these guys go undefeated in district, they deserve the best crowd we can give them. It's not about LCM or the size of there visitors side, it's about a bunch of kids that have played their hearts out this year and they deserve all we can give them, they have earned it and it doesn't matter how long it takes to get out of the parking lot it just gives us more time to make noise ;D
ndn mom Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Bring every product you have to kill mosquitos....they were terrible! I am with dawgnut it's not about the stadium, the parking lot or the thousands of bird sized mosquitos it's about the boys on the field!
PNG Proud Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Park on the highway, facing Orange. Walk to car, and zip!... you're on your way.
Bigdog Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 We have another front coming, hopefully it takes care of the mosquitoes.

I will be there yelling for my Dogs, Band, Westernaires, Cheerleaders, flags, twirlers, deflators, golden guardians, coaches and so on and so on!!!!!! We need to make a lot of noise for our Boys!! Go Dogs!!
baddog Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Well, I can't stand for the entire game, so someone save me a seat. ;D Ned brings a big crowd to a small bleacher anyway, but I do think if you treat the visiting team to better seating, more will attend. More tickets sold and more concessions. I never understood the visiting side being smaller anyway. Is it intentional to discourage people from showing up? Kind of a conflict of interest.

BigDog007 Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Air Horn from Academy $5.00Cow Bell from Feed Store $6.00Deep Woods Off from Wal-Mart $ 6.00Perfect District Record PRICELESSSo bring your walking shoes for the long trek to the stands, bring anything to make some noise, spray down with skeeter dope, support LCM'S concession stands and most of all pray for the protection for all players, coaches, and fans attending the game. Let us never forget our prayers for all the men and women who protect our country in the Armed Forces.

bulldawg64 Posted November 3, 2011 Report Posted November 3, 2011 refuse to lose is mcm shirt isn't it?

More fans drove from Vidor/PNG/Nederland/LCM/Lumberton than Crosby to Bronco Stadium.
dawgnut Posted November 3, 2011 Report Posted November 3, 2011 That's sad, the kids need our support, and where else can you have that much fun for under $10.
Razor Posted November 3, 2011 Report Posted November 3, 2011 Nederland 28, LCM 7...hopefully the Dogs can have it under control early and get some kids with nagging injuries some rest as well as some valuable playing time for the backups...we will need everyone come playoff time
