I am so ready for Saturday.  Still debating what we are going to fix to bring out there to tailgate.  Probably something quick and easy.

Might I suggest a bacon log.  Weave a pack of bacon together like a blanket.  Stuff it with meat, boudain, cheese, jalapenos, etc.  Wrap it up like a burrito and smoke that baby.  Instant coronary, but when you die, you get to go to the bacon section in Heaven.

[/quote]I forsee DOZENS of PN-G cars waiting to get into the gates at 3 PM.  There will probably be over 1,000 Indian fans waiting in line to get into the stadium at 5:30.  Can't wait till Saturday!!!  The weather is going to cooperate, and it should be a great night for a football game.  The kids for sure will be playing on a grand stage.  Got to love it.
