Do any of  you think Sutherland will take a promotion and move up to 4A or 5A. I could see him coaching in a school district like Cy Fair, Katy, or even in the Dallas area. Not sure if he still has kids in school or not. Smetimes that makes the move difficult.

There are others much more qualified than I to answer this question but I am hoping that Coach Sutherland and this coaching staff stays in place for years to come.

From talks that I ve had with him, he likes/prefers the 3A and under schools.  In my opinion small town kids are usually easier to deal with .  Less attitude.

1. to play varsity as 9th graders
2. big city kids expect new tennis shoes every game
3. big city kids think they're the "man" on their team
4. big city kids get too much hype and they believe it
5. big city kids think they know more than the coach
