To everyone hating on barbers hill

There are plenty of fine players and fans from Barbers Hill. Many of those individuals made sensible posts throughout the season, pointing out their teams strengths and other teams weaknesses. There were plenty of reasonable posts that actually made some really good points.

Then there were a couple of "crazies" on here posting that were tearing every other team down and crying about not receiving the recognition statewide that they deserved. Typical smash talk football posts. The problem is - when you put yourself up on a pedestal and confidently post your team is the best of all best .... You can certainly expect for everyone to come out of the woodwork to rub it in your face when you lose to a team that most of you thought would be an easy walk in the park.

  It doesn't matter who you scrimmaged, who you beat in pre-district and how many points you won by in your district games. Once the playoffs start - all bets are off the table. The team that shows up to play, wants the win more and executes error free football USUALLY comes out on the winning end of the game.

Good season Barbers Hill. Most of us know that teams from 19-4A play us tough and we never look past those games.  Your kids should be proud of their accomplishments.
