bulldog1984 Posted November 17, 2011 Report Posted November 17, 2011 well forum i think you might need to go to school and get one if you never heard of one... you have to go to college to coach in any public school and that means a degree . Call it what you want but i call it a coaching degree! yes you dont have to have a degree to coach pee wee football or pee wee baseball so yes you do have to have a degree to be a coach in high school football .

Or some colleges offer a program called exersize and sports science.

There are certain areas that coaches major in: kinesology, biology, etc....A lot of the coaches I work with are certified in History or Science.You can have any certification and coach.
