If you have an andriod or iphone, the TSRN Sports app is streaming all of the games.  It's free and works pretty good from what I've seen.

Not sure, but KLVI is doing the Lamar Basketball game at 11 then the Nederland game after, so they may miss the start of the Nederland game.

I don't think that it will be broadcast locally on channel 13, maybe in the Houston area.
